As some older collectors have done endless research on the subject (including one to one emails with the 2 Sub Pop founders), I find hard to believe that it is a lacquer transfer so people at Sub Pop could listen. On the other hand, it is known that some of these collectors keep the existence of some rarities to themselves.
My verdict: FAKE!

i love how the writing on the sleeve matches the writing on the label
whats unique about that writing is why would a record pressing employee write the record info on the label, the sleeve and then write “purchased....”

It has 2011 2019. So it was recently released.
The other items from the same seller seem official, I would say that this is also official, though the track list seems a bit dodgy (not straight)
