Probably this is fake. It has been on sale only by the same seller and in an amount too large for a promo. Plus in the feedbacks he's been reported to sell self made promo CDs

Not 100% sure though.
Some people think ALL CD-Rs are homemade and cannot be official, simply because they are CD-Rs. So the people who left negative feedback may just as well just be retards.
He could be (close to) somebody in the industry. They could be excess copies. He could have a lot of contacts in music journalism. Sometimes promos just accumulate somewhere.
I see it sometimes with video games, every time a new title is released, there's this guy in Lithuania who has ten promos for each console the game is released on...As for what the disc and sleeve and sheet look like; not sure. Nothing really screams "fake!!". I don't know!
That being said, no promo discs were issued for In Utero Deluxe, they just let reviewers stream the music. Why they made promos this time I don't know.
