I think the cover has nothing to do with the cd
but I am not an expert

maybe he put a us cd single in the cover to make it unique and cool because its so dried up and empty

despite the dried up sleeve, is it easy to find the correct liner notes a cd to make this a proper version again? i might want to do that...sort of like a treasure hunt challenge.
