Record Sleeves

I am finally replacing all my outer sleeves and some of the inner sleeves for more archival standard ones. Getting rid of all my PVC!

I am contemplating labelling each of the outer sleeves so I can immediately tell what record version it is etc.

Is this something that other people do?

Yes, I do.
When you have multiple copies of the same release, sometimes with very minor differences it makes it much easier to have a labelled outer polythene sleeve.
