I just recently discovered that there is a second version of this that only has 11 tracks as it is missing the song Lithium. This seems very strange to me and the Discogs page does not offer any information as to why this would have been pressed this way.
Does anyone have any backstory on why they would have pressed a version without Lithium on it? I would understand if it was a pressing error, but in that case, I would expect it to still be credited on the back, but even the track is not listed, making it seem completely intentional.

It's strange that the one missing Lithium doesn't even have the track printed on the sleeve and label. It makes it seem intentional. Or a very, very fundamental mistake.
I can see from the picture of the no-Lithium record on Discogs that it IS a legit EMI pressing.
Really strange. Everybody should check their records.
Including the test pressings, as far as I know only SVLP 0038 A-1-1- test pressings have been found, but maybe some people didn't notice that detail. I'll check if my test has Lithium in a few days...

My TP is the 11 track version.
It has the same matrix code as Jarrod points out.

It is really really strange - being lithium one of the most recognized songs and also being one of the singles (thpugh we are talking 1997).

The retail copy I have has a rectangular silver sticker on the front and a circular silver sticker on the rear, I’ve seen other copies with gold stickers with S180 on them are they legit?
