I was the one who posted it at discogs. Picture says it all. I bought at tower records around Dec 1997. I've never opened it, but could read the matrix info through the wrap.

BTW, there is a bunch of Nirvana I have added over the last year or so. Some Sliver variations, for example. Can check them all out at https://www.discogs.com/contributions?user=jbacus

I am pretty sure the Tower Records was either the one in Bellevue, WA (most likely) or Seattle, WA.

Yeah,

I had heard about the reversed color one before I got it, so I had been looking for it. In retrospect, I think that the one I had previously heard about was from the AU Singles box sets, not an EU standalone one.

Funny that the matrix indicates that this edition is part of the first Singles box set (MCA pressing).
