Notes: The original, first printing flyers had the phone number 691-5760. This flyer has been reprinted many times since the show, most of which include an updated phone number (880-3433). Many of the reprints were made and signed by the artist on different colors of paper, including red and yellowish green. Many of the reprints do not have the pattern on the skull. There are also a large amount of counterfeit copies that have been sold claiming to be originals that do include the original phone number, but these can be identified by the new quality of the paper, as well as a larger white border around the edges.
