500 copies. same cd, booklet and back inlay as the regular release. outer numbered cardboard box, with three cards. the front panel of the plastic cd case is opaque green.
metallic inks have been used for printing box, cards, and the 'nirvana' name on the cd case.
in old discographies this item is listed as a promo release, but there isn't any official logo or promo print on the box, and this graphic hasn't been used elsewhere, so it probably is an unofficial repackaging.
