Edit Reason: typo
)
LN-image-3 is my scan, and is of the same copy as pr3-image-4 (http://crimson-ceremony.net/pr3/page.php?id=pt-single-ger). It does have the ring, the scan on LN is just older and in lower quality. You can barely see it if you look carefully.
LN-image-4 appears to be a non-IFPI copy without the inner ring, so it seems there are non-IFPI discs with and without rings. This image is also of very low quality, so it would be very nice if somebody with a non-IFPI, non-inner ring copy would please make a good matrix scan for my website.
Conclusion seems to be this:
What can bee seen from LN and pr3 is that discs pressed on mould 0793 have the ring, those pressed on mould 0738 do not.
Discs without IFPI codes must have been pressed on different moulds, some with the inner ring, some without. Lacking IFPI codes, you cannot tell which moulds were used, nor how many.
