I don't have much data to compare with right now (sliver.it is lacking info for this), but this seems to be a first pressing without EN.
It's hard to say exactly with the "DIDX N" discs, they may have been pressed simultaneously, or they may have been pressed one by one, a month later or three months later, or who knows. But it makes more sense to me that DIDX 3, 4, 5, 6, whatever were pressed more or less simultaneously, the reason for multiple numbers (=multiple glass masters) being to press quantity asap.
So I'm voting "DADC first pressing, 1991".
