It could be Universal used an old template to create this special promo thing to remember the good old days, and didn't fix that year (you can find these kind of errors on many items, for example French Lithium 7" [or CD?] "made in USA"). 1992 is about the time longboxes went out of fashion. Then again, it could be the fakers copied an old box to use as template. Smile Of course it has an Italian SIAE sticker, which you will find on official retail items, promos, and bootlegs and just about everything. As long as you pay for the sticker you can sell any junk. However, that white and red paper sticker is a relic, they used holographic stickers in 2004, so it means somebody put an old SIAE sticker on it.. why? Junk.
