the singles box set was essentially DGC's answer to increased demand post Kurt's death, for Nirvana material - immediately following his death, anything outside of albums was extremely hard to find.
If you were a fan at the time (like myself), you would have already collected everything that was included in the box set - or even had better versions of the singles (meaning more tracks) included in the box set.
When I first saw the singles box, I was intrigued, but disappointed that it had nothing as incentive for me to buy it.
I have three cd versions of this single, this is one that I have with the same catalogue number - mine still has the In Utero promotional sticker enclosed.

I noticed that you have "German" in there - so was I off tangent thinking that you meant a disc with this catalogue number, and instead you were focused on one which was "made in Germany"?
