For years, I haven't realized that this is a CD-R.
It seems Eddie Gomez burnt a few to send around. So, being "office made" and not factory made, I reckon not many were released.
Adding to this, I have been always curious to know how Bug Music got permission from Universal to release Nirvana songs (even if it is just a promo CD).
