Nevermind 1991 Venezuela LP
#1
Many of the sleeves I’ve seen have a line on the back that was either crossed out by a black marker, covered over by a sticker, or both. I just purchased a copy that doesn’t have this, and that line is “P.V.P. 420.00”. There is also a sticker on the front that says “Bs PVP 420”. Anyone know what this means, and why it was crossed out on many of the copies?

PVP - Preço Venda Público
RRP - Recommended Retail Price
I am assuming that with high inflation in the 90s, they have probably abbreviated 420.00 to 420 Venezuelan Bolívar (Bs).

Thanks, that was my assumption. So I guess some retailers crossed this out in order to charge more and keep the PVP unknown to the customers.

In the US, we call this MSRP.
