Well well well done!! Congrats.
And I thought only one copy was known. Hopefully, you have paid too much for it.

so does this mean there are now two known copies (including mine)??

I was going to make a dedicated thread asking about this;
I noticed that shortly after I got my copy a couple sites took notice of it;
I got mine from a cassette single & "stuff" ebay auction (I think a Bleach cassette, and some age worn post cards were also included) - the Nevermind Interview tape was pictured, but (iirc) not mentioned in the listing.
I was super stoked to get it - especially since none had been seen or reported beforehand.

Your insert and printed cassette overlays are not dead ringers for mine - but maybe this was from a different run(?) also your cassette appears to be of different manufacture than mine.

My inert lacks the "4579", and has "NIRVANA" in all caps (and in a different font from yours) above "NEVERMIND IT'S AN INTERVIEW" (also different font from yours, but same font as band name; the title is also italicized);
The spine is printed the exact same way.
Look at the cassette overlay - that's the way mine is printed - except it's a different scale on the insert.

I have been hesitant to share images of in in fear of it being faked.

I believe the first copy appeared not long ago, many many years after the CD version came out.
Who knows… it seems legit!

I have no doubt that these were made in cassette form;
I'd put good money on the fact that many radio stations at the time would have been using analog equipment - as opposed to be using cd's.

I have heard of his tape collection, has it been indexed somewhere?
(in reference to your #92 assertion)
