Only today I had the time to play this marvellous piece of music.
And only now I am able to understand and recognise the fascination with it.

The Russian Sound Engineer had to run an extra mile to achieve its unique sound.
I reckon this happens with all their flexi releases.

Let's try to number them step by step:

1 - wake up around noon call a friend and ask him to head to nearest flea market to find a bootleg cassette copy with the track (at the right price). Remind him to make a copy for you (he can keep the "original" for the trouble).

2 - arrive home and transfer it from your tape recorder:

into your acetate transfer by using one of this:

3 - cut your acetate!!

4 - you now ROCK!!

ps- БУДКОН (translation BudCon), thank you... we love you!

ps2 - this gentleman tried a few times, but never reached the same quality:

It is beyond my understanding why people spend money on these... But then again, the French have always been a little strange. Smile
