Hm, pretty strange release, why did they just make a large hole through the regular label that wasn't made for this. Is that why you specify it as Promo? Is there any evidence that these are Promos?
At least they seem to be insanely rare, there's not even a Discogs release for it.

To me it’s more likely that someone just popped the center out of a regular copy.

Another copy was on eBay recently, but I didn’t buy it.
It is easy to check if it is official or not.
The cut needs to be perfect. Any ‘homemade’ cut will have dents.
They flooded the market with CAYA 7” jukeboxes at the time, compare to SLTS. These were release as promotional items, though not stated.

Thanks, yeah, I bought that one. It has 2 A-side labels but apart from that it is just like TJs (ok, it got no sleeve). Makes sense that these were used for promotion, but you don't have a source, do you?
I'll post pics here as soon as it is in my hands :-)

PS: phew, I thought this forum was dead, glad you proved me wrong :-)

Some of us are still interested in talking about collecting Nirvana. (Geeks!!!) ?

I do not have a source, just common sense (assumptions).
